A roof you can buy and own.
The argument for metal on an Arizona home is straightforward: cooler in summer, lasts 50+ years, qualifies you for insurance and rebate money, and looks beautiful in the right profile and color. The argument against has always been βitβs expensive to install.β We solve that by selling you the panels directly instead of marking them up through an install contract.
How it works for homeowners.
- Call with your roof dimensions. Length, width, slope, ridge / eave / valley counts. (If you donβt know, weβll talk you through what to measure.)
- We quote the panels (by width and color), trims (drip edge, ridge cap, valley pans, fascia covers), and chop-and-drop delivery to your home.
- We fabricate snap-lock standing seam (or Spanish-tile metal) to your exact length, in the width and color you picked.
- We deliver to your driveway anywhere in Arizona, banded for transport.
- You install. Three options:
- DIY. Install it yourself with our spec sheet. Snap-lock is the most DIY-friendly metal roof system. 35-year metal warranty applies.
- Your installer. Give the panels to a contractor of your choice. 35-year metal warranty applies.
- Our certified installer. Weβll connect you with one of the installers in our network. They carry their own AZ ROC license, bonding, and insurance, and the 45-year installation warranty applies on top of the 35-year metal warranty.
What weβll talk about on the call.
- Profile. Snap-lock standing seam in 12β-24β widths, or Spanish-tile metal for HOA-required earth tones.
- Color. Arizona earth-tone palette: terracotta, sienna, weathered iron, sandstone, dark patina, plus the wood-grain printed metal option.
- Solar. Clamp-on standing seam means zero penetrations if you have or plan panels.
- Rebate. Sized to your storage tank if you want to harvest rainwater (workshop required from you, paperwork from us).
