A pole barn or equipment shed is supposed to be a 40-year structure. The roof is what fails first. Asphalt shingles cook off, corrugated tin oxidizes through, the cheap ag panel from the big-box store loses its coating in a decade. We fabricate 24-gauge Galvalume snap-lock standing seam, the same panel system specified on commercial buildings, sized for ag building runs and priced at fab cost because we sell direct.
What we fab for ag.
- Pole barn roofing. Snap-lock standing seam over purlins, custom widths, 30-60 ft runs single-piece.
- Equipment shed and shop. Same panel, same spec. Insulated under-deck options for shop spaces.
- Hay shed. Open-side hay barn covers. Full-length panels, no end laps to leak on the bales.
- Vineyard cover and fruit-shade structure. Long single-piece runs over rows or processing areas.
- Pecan-orchard cooler buildings. Insulated metal panels for cold-storage and processing.
- Loafing shed and run-in. Small-footprint horse and cattle shelters.

- Material: 24-gauge Galvalume steel (standard) or aluminum (coastal / high-corrosion)
- Coating: Galvalume bare, or SMP / Kynar 500 painted in earth-tones
- Widths: 12”, 16”, 18”, 21”, 24”. Pick by purlin span and budget.
- Lengths: custom-cut to your run, single-piece up to ~50 ft
- Profile: snap-lock standing seam (concealed-fastener). We can also supply exposed-fastener R-panel and U-panel on request
How an ag order runs.
- Call with the building dimensions. Roof length, eave-to-eave width, ridge height, slope. If it’s a planned build, send the framer’s drawing.
- We quote panels and trims and chop-and-drop freight to your ranch road or pole-barn lay-down area.
- We fabricate to your exact lengths. Most orders fab in 3-5 working days.
- We deliver anywhere in Arizona, banded, tarped, set on flatbed for tractor offload.
- You install. DIY with our spec sheet, hand-and-helper, your local ranch contractor, or one of our certified installers. 35-year metal warranty applies regardless. 45-year install warranty applies with a certified installer.

We’re regularly running flatbeds out to Sonoita, Patagonia, Sonoita-Elgin wine country, Willcox, San Simon, Bowie, Yuma, Wellton, Sahuarita, Marana, Eloy, Casa Grande, Wickenburg, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Snowflake, St. Johns, and small ranches and orchards anywhere in between. If a flatbed can get to it, we’ll drop on it.
