You call with dimensions.
Roof length, width, slope, ridge / eave / valley / hip counts. If you have a sketch or photo, even better. We can also walk you through what to measure if you're new to this.

We quote panels and delivery.
Total cost broken down: panels (by width and color), trims (drip edge, ridge cap, valley pans, fascia covers), and chop-and-drop delivery (varies by distance from Tucson). No surprises on the invoice.

We fabricate to your length.
On-site at our Tucson shop. Snap-lock standing seam in 12" to 24" widths, 24-gauge Galvalume, Kynar 500 / SMP / wood-grain finish, your choice. Custom flashings and fascia covers brake-formed alongside the panels. Most orders fabricated in 3-5 business days.

We chop and drop.
Panels banded for transport, delivered to your driveway, ranch road, or job-site lay-down area anywhere in Arizona. We'll coordinate timing with you (most customers prefer the morning of install).

You install, with help if you want it.
Three options:
- DIY. Install it yourself with our spec sheet. Snap-lock is the most DIY-friendly metal roof system. 35-year metal warranty applies.
- Your installer. Give the panels to a contractor of your choice. They install per our spec sheet. 35-year metal warranty applies.
- Our certified installers. We'll connect you with one of the installers in our network. They carry their own AZ ROC license, bonding, and insurance, and the 45-year installation warranty applies on top of the 35-year metal warranty.
Warranties
35-year metal · 45-year install (with certified installer).
The 35-year metal warranty covers the panels themselves: substrate (Galvalume) and finish (Kynar 500 PVDF / SMP). It applies to every panel we fabricate, regardless of who installs it.
The 45-year installation warranty covers the install workmanship: flashing, sealing, fastener integrity, leak warranty. It applies only when work is performed by one of our certified installers. DIY installs and 3rd-party-installer installs do not receive the install warranty (you get the 35-year metal warranty only).
Why? Because we can stand behind the panels we make, but we can only stand behind installations done by people we've trained and vetted.
