Industrial work is bid work. The drawing set lists the panel (24-gauge Galvalume, Kynar 500 PVDF, ASTM E1592 wind, UL 2218 Class 4 impact, UL 790 Class A fire) and the contract requires that exact spec. We don’t carry “good-enough” alternatives. We fabricate to the spec on the drawing, full stop. If the spec calls for 24-gauge with a 70% PVDF, that’s what comes off our roll-former. If it calls for striations, we cut striations.
What we fab for industrial.
- Snap-lock standing seam. 24-ga Galvalume, 12”-24” widths, custom run lengths.
- Spec-grade flashings and trim. Drip edge, eave, gable, ridge, valley, end-wall, sidewall, soffit closure, all roll-formed or brake-bent to the contract spec.
- Fascia covers. 24-ga capped, hemmed, fastened per detail.
- Soffit and under-decking. Vented or solid, fab to building module.
- Wall panels. Flush roller-set or concealed-fastener box-rib for screen walls and parapets.

- Gauge: 24-ga Galvalume. Industrial-spec standard for snap-lock standing seam.
- Substrate: Galvalume AZ50 or AZ55, or aluminum 3003-H14 for high-corrosion / coastal-equivalent service
- Coatings: Kynar 500 PVDF (70% fluoropolymer), SMP (silicone-modified polyester), bare Galvalume
- ASTM ratings: ASTM E1592 wind uplift, ASTM E1646 water penetration, ASTM E1680 air leakage. Full test data available on request.
- UL ratings: UL 2218 Class 4 impact, UL 790 Class A fire, UL 580 Class 90 wind uplift
- Color: full Arizona earth-tone palette plus any custom RAL on request (minimum coil quantity applies)
How an industrial order runs.
- Submit the bid package. PDF spec sheet, DWG drawing set, panel schedule, project address. Email or upload via the RFQ form.
- We quote. Panels by run length, trims by lineal foot, accessories by count, freight to site. ASTM/UL submittals included with the quote.
- We fabricate. In-house roll-form to your contract spec. Industrial-volume fabrication runs 5-10 working days depending on volume.
- We deliver. Flatbed, banded, tarped, set on site or at the GC’s lay-down yard. We coordinate with the GC’s super on delivery window.
- Your installer installs. Often the GC’s metal sub. If you need one we maintain a list of certified industrial installers in Arizona: bonded, insured, and rated for industrial scope. The 45-year installation warranty applies when one of our certified installers does the work.
